These escape rooms aim to provide a meaningful context for individuals to address various life challenges related to climate change and justice. These game-based learning exercises also include cross-cutting cognitive skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication) and life skills (resilience, leadership, initiative, productivity and social skills), with the aim of strengthening community participation in climate action issues. Virtual escape rooms allow participants to build their own knowledge based on real-time experiences and reinforce positive behavioural change.
